Allure Triple Taper Hip Stem

The Allure Hip Stem features a triple-taper designed to fit and fill the metaphysis and to support both initial and long-term stability. The stem design and instrumentation
are aimed at accommodating a wide range of surgical techniques, including muscle-sparing approaches.

TiCaP Double Coating:
Titanium (Ti)/Calcium Phosphate (CaP)

The TiCaP coating is applied by first vacuum plasma spraying a highly dense adhesive layer of titanium, approximately 450 µm thick, onto the surface of the implant. On top of this roughened surface, an approx. 15 µm thick HX layer of mechanically stable, but quickly soluble, calcium phosphate is deposited in an electrochemical process.

Compaction/Extraction Broach System
