  • Humeral fracture in 2022, treated with nail by external surgeon  
  • Patient fell on floor 3 weeks after nail implantation
  • No function and no rotational stability
  • Severe pain

Post-op

Implants

  • Modular Revision Stem (165 mm) cementless + Proximal Body (55 mm)
  • Reverse Glenoid Baseplate, with central and 4 peripheral angle stable screws
  • Neutral Glenosphere ø 36 mm with PE-Insert 3 mm height
  • Humeral Reverse Tray neutral
  • Additional fracture stabilization by 2 cerclages
  • Application of ceramic bone substitute material over the complete prosthesis length


Result

  • Good bone stabilization
  • Good joint stability and ROM
