高端材料和涂层

可提供两种无骨水泥型假体柄形式(PoroLink 或 HX 涂层表面)以及一种骨水泥型假体柄。
所有产品全部使用相同的器械套件。

LCU Hip System 提供一种骨水泥型和一种无骨水泥型的髋关节假体柄。提供的无骨水泥型版本带有一种 HX 涂层或一种 PoroLink(微孔)表面。所有版本都符合带锥形侧肩的直假体柄的理念。该假体柄的轮廓是直的，具有矩形横截面。

所有不同的 LCU Hip System 假体柄类型，均使用相同的器械套件，以实现手术中的灵活性。

有两种偏移型的假体柄，均可适应患者的解剖结构 ²：

标准型假体柄，其倾角(CCD)为 130º
侧位型假体柄，其倾角(CCD)为 125º

典型的干骺端 V 形进一步提高了植入体的稳定性，同时矩形横截面中和了扭力。^{5, 6, 8}

由 100 mm 直径大内侧弯曲提供的骨干干骺端支撑和固定，适用于解剖结构的调整。对于无骨水泥型版本，这是初期和辅助稳定性的先决条件。

扁平的锥形假体颈允许在假体柄和髋臼杯之间有大幅度运动。²
12/14 mm 锥体设计用于各种长度和直径的由陶瓷或金属制成的模块化 LINK 假体头。

此外，在无意中接触到髋臼杯时，高度抛光的颈部区域减少了磨损。⁹

无骨水泥型版本

该假体柄由 Tilastan-S(Ti6Al4V)制成。
由金刚砂喷抛创造出金属表面的微粗糙度，它产生了具有孔径和粗糙度值的平整和均匀表面，适合骨整合。^2，3
在假体的整个长度上，采用 LEP(LINK 电化学法)制成 20 +/- 10 µm 厚的 HX 涂层，促进骨骼的生长。 ⁴
假体柄近端部分中的水平肋条，用来抵消假体柄的下陷，并且增强初期稳定性。远端区具有竖向肋条以抵消旋转力。⁷

骨水泥型版本

该假体柄由我们的 EndoDur-S(CoCrMo 合金)制成。
在操作时，所用的髓针与无骨水泥型版本相同，从而实现了手术中的灵活性。
该假体柄被高度抛光，以降低骨水泥磨损的风险。¹⁰
