We provide customized solutions that go beyond the successful standard primary or revision implant systems. customLINK devices cover all bones and joints starting from shoulder to feet: i.e. shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, pelvis, knee, ankle. Especially for tumor resections or large revision cases not treatable with commercially available implants, custom devices are often times a patient‘s last resort.

Our customLINK specialists work closely with the user to develop, design, and manufacture customized solutions, which are then sterile-packaged for shipment, if required. This generally takes four weeks from the moment that approval from the surgeon and hospital is given.

customLINK utilizes state-of-the-art technologies in the production of the customized implants. These include additive manufacturing for complex geometries or for the TrabecuLink structure. The surfaces of the implants can be modified with various coatings: PorAg silver coating*, LINK PorEx coating1*, and HX coating2*.

*LINK PorEx and HX coatings have been cleared via 510(k) for use on commercially available implants. PorAg coating may be requested under Compassionate Use provisions.
